Gary Miller, owner, created this company over three decades ago. Gary realized there was an overwhelming need for change in the industry such as the need for trained employees. This includes continuing education on new materials and new methods for all employees. Retention of good employees is a must to keep qualified people. Several employees have been with Dallas Metal Service over 20 years. Employees need to be physically fit, meticulous and responsible so that they can succeed with the physical demands of the job and the strenuous schedule. The most important change that was required is customer service and personal care to the customers.

Mr. Miller’s intent is to provide a cornerstone in the industry with unwavering customer service and top quality technicians.

The staff understands the demands of the fast paced commercial world. We are pleased and ready to assist you in an owner walk-through, budget demands, vandalism, or last minute maintenance needs for a special guest to hospitality, or anything that is of urgent nature. Current and new customers will both have access to these types of services.

Every customer will meet with the owner, not a sales associate or manager, to have a quality assessment of the issue at hand. This means your company will have over 30 years of experience and “know how” to assist you.
